Essay Coaching

Ginnie Lee House is an essay coach with over five years of experience and a published author based in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, where she majored in American Studies with a focus on creative writing. From tutoring first generation college students to teaching creative writing workshops to high school students, Ginnie has experience working in diverse environments and with every level of writer.

As an essay coach, it is her honor to help students find themselves on the page. In her lessons, Ginnie aims to strengthen a student's writing skills by implementing lessons that will not only allow them to express themselves properly in their applications, but become stronger writers throughout college. With over a decade of experience in performance and writing for theatre and film, Ginnie invigorates her sessions with a “think outside the box” mentality, and a focus on vulnerability as a source of strength.

Ginnie currently runs a production company in New York where she applies her leadership and problem solving skills to producing and writing films.
