Soliana is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and educator with over 15 years of experience guiding students and families through the college admissions process. They began their admissions work while living in London, where they advised students and helped illuminate the expectations of highly selective U.S. colleges. Since then, Soliana has helped students around the world build meaningful extracurricular profiles and craft compelling applications that authentically reflect who they are. As a multidisciplinary artist and writer with degrees from Harvard University, Goldsmiths University, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Soliana brings a creative, cross-cultural perspective to their work, helping students identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve outcomes they never thought possible. Their work has been exhibited internationally, and their first book, save your selves, explores healing through a collection of writings, photographs, and creative propositions.

Soliana views the college application process as an opportunity for growth, self-reflection, and empowerment—not just an admissions outcome. They approach each application like a puzzle, bringing together academics, activities, essays, and recommendations to create a compelling, memorable image of a student. Passionate about cultivating meaningful connections with teens, Soliana balances a direct, strategic approach with humor, empathy, and encouragement. They love helping students discover what genuinely excites them, transform their interests into meaningful impact, and pursue opportunities that help them grow while distinguishing them as applicants.

Soliana can often be found tending to plants, deep in a book, or experimenting in the kitchen. After traveling and living in more than 60 countries, they have accumulated endless inspiration—and a truly impressive spice collection.
