4. Interview

All applicants must schedule an interview with an ESM Prep mentor. Interviews must be scheduled prior to the application deadline. Please contact equity@esmprep.com to schedule!

To complete your application, two recommendations must be submitted by the application deadline.

You must submit one academic recommendation (teacher, counselor, academic advisor) and one personal recommendation (family member, supervisor, community leader). No additional recommendations will be accepted.

Recommendations may be in any language, but they must be typed and submitted as a .docx or .pdf file. Detailed instructions for the recommender can be found here.
